At Maison Mary London, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item. This document clearly outlines our return policy.

Conditions for Returns

• You may only request a return once you have physically received the item.
• Return shipping costs, including any international postage fees, are the full responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
• Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not.
• Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Return Process

1. Notify us of your return by emailing info@maison-mary.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (based in Asia).
3. Send the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.
4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected for compliance with our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
• The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
• Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
